1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

2. Returns To exercise your right of return, please contact us at info@brocelles.de to notify us of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, though it is not mandatory. Once the return is initiated, you must return the goods within 14 days at your own expense.

3. Conditions for Return Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and tags. Certain goods, such as hygiene products, may be excluded from returns for health and safety reasons.

4. Refunds Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
